Pharmacist's Verdict
This is a highly effective sunscreen for intense outdoor activities and sports, offering excellent sweat resistance and sun protection. However, its chemical filters may irritate sensitive skin, and the very high SPF 70 offers little extra benefit over an SPF 50 for a higher price.

Pros & Cons
Pros
- Very high SPF 70 provides robust protection against UVB rays that cause sunburn.
- Oil-free and 'sport' formula is designed to be lightweight, non-greasy, and resistant to sweat and water.
- Broad-spectrum coverage protects against both UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays.
- Lotion format is easy to spread evenly across the face for consistent coverage.
Cons
- The benefit of SPF 70 over SPF 50 is minimal, which can give a false sense of security and may not be worth the extra cost.
- Chemical filters can sting the eyes, especially when you sweat.
- May cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in individuals sensitive to chemical sunscreen ingredients.
- Requires frequent reapplication (every 2 hours, or after 80 minutes of swimming/sweating) to remain effective, just like lower SPF sunscreens.
